One person per photo, facing the camera, with the face clearly visible and even light. The clip has big close-ups, so a sharp face matters more than a full-body shot. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, group shots and blurry screenshots. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB; HEIC works in Safari.
How long does it take?
About 10 minutes. You can leave the page while the video is being made; it is saved in My videos.
How much does it cost?
A video costs 300 credits. Credits come in one-time packs from $9.90 for 300 credits, enough for one video, with no subscription, and they never expire.
What if a generation fails?
Failed videos are refunded automatically: the credits go straight back to your balance. If a video finishes but is clearly wrong, for example one person was not replaced, email us within 7 days and we will review it.
What do I get?
A 16:9 MP4, 15 seconds long, with the original audio and no watermark. You can download it right away; videos are kept for 30 days.
Can I use the videos commercially?
No. The videos are for personal sharing. Each one recreates a clip set to a song that belongs to its rights holders, so we cannot grant commercial rights to it.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only to make your video, and deleted automatically after 7 days. Videos are deleted after 30 days, or earlier if you delete them in My videos. We never use your photos to train AI models.
Can I upload anyone?
Only people who agreed to be in the video. Photos of celebrities, politicians and other public figures, and photos of anyone under 18, are not allowed.
Is this an official Gangnam Style app?
No. Gangnam Style AI is an independent video tool and guide to the trend. It is not affiliated with the original artist, the song's rights holders or their label.
